Susan D. King

Dr. King was born and raised in a small town in Missouri. After graduating high school, she was blessed to enter an accelerated dental school program at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. Upon graduation, she completed a residency in General Dentistry with the University of Florida in St. Petersburg, Florida. In 1995 she found her professional home in South Tampa on Swann Avenue where she has enjoyed treating her patients as though they were family.

Dr King takes pride in providing thorough and complete dental care in a kind and honest environment. She is a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry and takes joy in ongoing continuing education in order to offer the most advanced dental procedures.

When not at work, Dr. King enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons. They enjoy spending family time participating in sports, camping and beach activities.

Sherief Hussein

Dr. Hussein is a graduate of University of South Florida, where he earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Sciences and was a walk-on student athlete. He then graduated with his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from Meharry Medical College School of Dentistry in Nashville, TN. After graduating, he then expanded his education by completing an exclusive General Practice Residency at the University of Tennessee hospital in Knoxville, TN where he received training on the most progressive dental diagnostic and treatment techniques. After his residency, Dr. Hussein moved back to Tampa to serve his community in a patient-centered environment.

Dr. Hussein considers himself a lifetime student and enjoys attending Continuing Education courses where he can learn about the most up-to-date techniques and materials. Dr. Hussein is also a member of the American Dental Association, the Florida Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry, the Florida Dental Association, and the Academy of General Dentistry.

When he is not in the office, you can find Dr. Hussein spending time with his family trying different cuisines around town. The Hussein family loves calling Tampa home and they enjoy spending time at the beach, hiking, cheering on Tampa sports teams, and enjoying outdoor activities in the Florida sunshine!
